Customer Service Clerk (Bismarck and Aberdeen)

Jobbers Moving & Storage, Allied Van Lines Agent since 1960, is searching for a Full time Customer Service Representative to work in our fast paced, variety filled office. This person must demonstrate the following qualities

4. strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
5. good attention to detail
6. proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010
7. ability to learn computer software as needed

This position will support Sales Staff in customer service duties and works as a team player to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. Work will involve answering telephones, schedule estimates, coordinate schedule with crew members, handle correspondence with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and general administrative and business details as directed.

Hourly wages will be commensurate with education and experience. This position would also include paid time off as well as a cafeteria plan of insurance coverage and 401k.

This position offers a variety of work. If you enjoy working with customers on the phone or in person and want your day at work to fly by, this is the position for you. Our position is permanent, full time. Schedule is 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Dress is business casual.

Commercial Drivers Needed

Jobbers Moving & Storage, an Allied Van Lines Agent since 1960, is looking for full time, permanent Drivers with CDL, Class A, Class B or Local Drivers. Drivers should have experience driving a Semi-tractor or straight truck. Responsibilities include transportation and delivery of household goods or commercial goods as well as ability to pack, load and unload shipments. Driver would have ability to communicate with Dispatch, other agencies and Customers.

Our drivers must adhere to Jobbers Safety, OSHA and Dot regulations, comply with background checks, drug tests and required DOT physicals. Individual needs to having lifting ability of at least 50-80 pounds, including overhead lifting.
