To request forms to procure Convention Freight Services, please fill out the questions below and click on the “Request” button. Forms will then be emailed to you. All fields musts be complete in order to submit.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU SCHEDULE UPS FREIGHT LTL TO PICK UP AT JOBBERS MOVING & STORAGE. IF THEY ARRIVE ON YOUR BEHALF THEY WILL BE REFUSED AND YOUR FREIGHT WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL STORAGE CHARGES WHILE WAITING FOR A DIFFERENT SHIPPER AND YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED BY UPS FREIGHT LTL.
